Who?

All of you. This is required for all Speech members (unless you have spoken to me already). Family members are encouraged to attend!

When?

Monday, November 21^st.

Speech team members should arrive at 5:00p for pictures. Dress in Speech attire! Look good!

Family members and friends should arrive at 5:15p for a welcome and announcements!

Performances begin promptly at 5:30p.

At 7:00p, we will move to the auditorium for special performances. We should be done before 8:00p.

What should you bring?

If you are in the following categories, you should bring snacks (cookies, chips, brownies, muffins, etc): ES, HDA, HI, IS, Dec, OO, DI, PR

If you are in the following categories, you should bring drinks (juice, soda): RS, DDA, Poe, SOS

If you are in the following category, you should bring cups: Info

If you are in the following category, you should bring napkins: OC

Who’s going where?

You’re all going to Thornton! The roster is here (PDF). Please let me know if there are any problems!

When will it end?

We should be home around 7:30p.

Extemp and Radio?

ES and RS will both prep once for pre-lims and once for finals. One pre-lim round will be double-judged.

What time should you be at Neuqua?

Bus leaves at 5:45a. Be there early.

Alright Speech kids, your feet are wet. We’re going to get you dunked like Achilles so your Trojan-like assault on Thornton this coming Saturday is good stuff. (That’s an allusion!)

• Bring a copy of your MOST CURRENT script for me
• Try to sign up for some time early in the week, and then later in the week.
• If you are not memorized, we’re not meeting. You should have this stuff in your heads by now.

N.B. If it is your time to start rehearsal and I am working with someone else, DO NOT hesitate to interrupt us. If you don’t, we’ll keep going until someone does which may be through your entire time slot. Knock on the door and come in when you are scheduled to do so.

Wheaton North: We should be home around 6:30p.

DGS: We should be home around 3:30p. (There are no final rounds.)
