Information About State

Details about State are here. I need checks and signed forms by Tuesday.

For those leaving on Friday morning, please be ready to go in the auditorium lobby at 7:15a. You may want to bring about $60 for food along with any snacks you may want. We’ll go out to dinner as a team on Friday night, but the other meals will be up to you at (or nearby) the Peoria Civic Center. You can wear comfy clothes and change into Speech suits when you arrive in Peoria.

If you are invited but cannot come, please email Mehta ASAP.

The Sectional run-through will take place on Thursday at night in the Main Forum room (C202). Everyone is expected to attend! We’ll start at 6:00p and get done around 9:00p.

The bus to Wheaton Warrenville South leaves on Saturday at 6:30a. Be there early! We will return by 7:00p.

The whole team is expected to be there to support the competitors, but if you can’t make it, there’s no need to email me.

The Regional run-through will take place on Thursday after school in the Main Forum room (C202). Everyone is expected to attend! We’ll be done by 6:00p.

The bus to Metea Valley leaves on Saturday at 6:30a. Be there early! We will return by 7:00p.

The whole team is expected to be there to support the competitors, but if you can’t make it, there’s no need to email me… UNLESS you have any kind of pre-assigned role (timer, room chair, etc).

2/1 Tournament Info

What time should you be at Neuqua?

Bus leaves at 6:45a. Be there early!

When will it end?

We should be back by 6:00p. But remember that we will stay at Neuqua for the announcement of the Regional Team afterwards, so plan for a pickup around 6:30p!

ES/RS will both prep once in prelims and once for finals.

Friday: Bus leaves at 3:00p on Friday. We’ll meet near the main building auditorium lobby. Be there early!

Saturday: Bus leaves at 6:30a on Saturday. Be there early!

When will it end?

Friday: We should be back by 10:00p.

Saturday: We should be back by 6:00p.

1/18 Tournament Info

Here is the information you need for Saturday’s tournament at Wheaton Warrenville South. (If you are not competing, you do NOT have to come to this tournament.)

Everyone working on Performance in the Round (you know who you are) will NOT be competing and will meet at Neuqua from 9:00a – 2:00p in B223 in the Main building.
